In-person Training
Ziggie Bergman offers her award-winning training with the London School of Reflexology in a warm and friendly environment at Regents University, London, or via Live Zoom Classes with international times, which run frequently. The accredited Facial Reflexology course is the highest level of training worldwide. Ziggie Bergman won the AoR award for innovation and Excellence in Reflexology for creating the Bergman Method Facial Reflexology which was established in 1997. It has become the #1 training in the UK and Ireland with a growing number of international practitioners.
7 hrs each day + 6 hrs study for CPD points.
Qualified Reflexologists can choose either a wellness package that focuses purely on Facial Reflexology as a complementary therapy (modules 1 & 2), or the full 3 module package which includes modules 1 & 2 and adds Zone Face Lift (module 3) which the press have nicknamed a ‘spiritual facelift’, pioneering a new way to naturally age well. It includes the renowned Japanese style facial sculpting massage, gua sha, crystals, IHM, a full holistic facial with hot towels, and ‘smudging’ with healing herbs. The Facial Reflexology sequence forms the first half of the Zone Face Lift treatment and is an essential element. Zone Face Lift won Best Therapy - BBC 2 Janey Loves Platinum Awards. Zone Face Lift and the deeper fascia release and deep muscle manipulation is also valuable for clients with medical conditions such as Bells Palsy, Stroke, Parkinsons, ALS, Migraines, Bruxism and Tourette Syndrome.
Facial Reflexology is two modules you must attend Modules 1 & 2 over one weekend for the In-Person training option. You can attend separately only on Zoom.
Zoom Training
Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift modules 1, 2 & 3 training can also be attended on Zoom, this combines a live class with an online course curriculum and videos, giving you a choice in how you wish to learn, and also makes the training accessible to those from afar.
You attend 3.5 hrs live for your practical where you work with a friend or family member at home and I guide you through the sequence there are 3.5 hrs + of online content with your extensive manual, A&P, marketing images, lectures, and sequence video demonstrations. There is a FREE post-graduate support group for advice and inspiration after you attend.
Equivalent to 7 hrs each day + 6 hrs study for CPD points.

Our Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift training is approved by the Association of Reflexologists, and the American Reflexology Certification Board (for Continuing Education Credits) and is accredited with the FHT, CThA, National Register of Reflexologists Ireland. You will get your full CPD points for attending with the above associations and you’ll get extra points for the home study (in module 1) and extra reading.
Additional costs for Zone Face Lift: You will be required to purchase skincare, Elixir / facial oil, gua sha tools, hot towels, and a small towel warmer or bowl to heart the towels, as you provide a full facial.

Your Tutor
Ziggie Bergman has been a leading teacher, international speaker, author, and expert in facial reflexology for over 35 years and she teaches and lectures in the UK and internationally. She won the Association of Reflexologists Award for Excellence and Innovation for her groundbreaking work in Reflexology for creating the Bergman Method, the only Facial Reflexology method based on Zone Theory. Bergman Method Facial Reflexology Module 1 & 2 and Module 3 Zone Face Lift are taught exclusively with the London School of Reflexology. Ziggie is the creator of Zone Face Lift and her private clientele includes supermodels and celebrities. She spent many years in New Mexico learning from shamans and healers and this inspires her training and practice.
